Shell Recharge Solutions is the charging arm of Shell plc, built from the acquisitions of NewMotion in 2017 and Greenlots in 2019 and rebranded in 2021 and 2022. It combines a charge point management platform, a public network and charge cards for business, fleet and residential charging.
