The scheme
- Name
- Dobropis za e-mobilnost (DEM)
- In English
- E-mobility credit
- Who earns
- In the law, every owner, tenant or manager of a charge point in the ID code register; only someone with at least 10,000 kWh a year and at least one public charge point registers on the platform. The register of private charge points does not exist yet and the implementing rules are missing; the platform opens by 1 January 2027.
- Who may bundle
- A registered provider may take along participants under 10,000 kWh as an aggregator, under a contract.
- What has to be measured
- Proof from the grid operator for the 10,000 kWh, proof of the amount per charge point and a Slovenian guarantee of origin; the law has no MID requirement.
Other rules for charging
- Employer reimbursement of home charging
- No meter required; kilometre records, the car's rated consumption or a bill.
- Other schemes and rules
- The grant for business charge points (sklop B) requires a MID class B meter; the grant for households (sklop A) does not.
What Plugchoice does here
Plugchoice records every session per charger with start, stop and kWh, and exports it as CSV, Excel or PDF, next to the back office you already use.
