- The law gives credits to suppliers of electricity through public charge points, and includes private charge points if it is shown that the renewable electricity went only to electric vehicles. A joint order of the ministries of energy and transport must set up the mechanism by 1 January 2027; it was not published on 16 October 2026.

- The law does not mention an aggregator.

- Not set yet; only proof that the electricity went exclusively to electric vehicles.

- No market price yet; renewable electricity for road vehicles counts four times.
