The Midden-Nederland district court declared BlueMarble Charging B.V. bankrupt on September 23, 2026. The Almere company is behind the OSTRA chargers. On the same day the court declared BlueMarble Software B.V. and the holding company NRG2050 Holding B.V. bankrupt; the parent company, BlueMarble Group B.V., was declared bankrupt on September 15. The court appointed mr K.C.S. Meekes in Utrecht as curator for all four.

e-VOLTT Nederland B.V. is not among the companies declared bankrupt. BlueMarble's installation manual names e-VOLTT as its service partner for OSTRA service plans. Plugchoice manages OCPP chargers from many brands, depending on model, firmware and configuration. OSTRA is not one of the brands we have tested with Plugchoice.

For the bankrupt companies, the curator is the point of contact: claims against the four companies, such as unpaid orders, go to mr Meekes. Questions about a service plan go to the company the plan is with. The insolvency register does not yet hold a report from the curator.

If you manage chargers from several brands, check the integration directory to see which ones connect to Plugchoice.
