Is Plugchoice really free?
Yes. Charger management, the web portal, mobile app, OCPP Proxy, REST API and all core features are completely free. No trial period, no feature gates, no credit card required. End-users don't pay. Partners don't pay to connect.
What is the Partner Program?
The Partner Program is for businesses that want to grow with Plugchoice. For €30/month you get revenue share on Smart Charging licenses, VPP, ERE and other future services, plus premium support and the ability to whitelabel your own Web Portal.
What does Smart Charging cost?
You can add a Smart Charging license to any charger for €199 one-off, €89 per 5 years, or €29 per year per EVSE (AC). DC chargers are double. Partners can alternatively include Smart Charging with Pro API access at €1,50/EVSE/month (AC) or €3,00/EVSE/month (DC).
Which chargers are supported?
Any charger that supports the OCPP protocol. Plugchoice normalizes all charger brands into one system, so you get the same experience regardless of manufacturer.
Can I connect my billing operator?
Yes. Through the OCPP Proxy, you can connect and disconnect billing operators with a single click. Plugchoice runs alongside your existing infrastructure without disruption.
Is there a limit on the number of chargers?
No. You can manage as many chargers as you need on the free plan. There are no limits, ever.
What does revenue share mean?
As a partner, you earn a share of the revenue every time one of your connected chargers generates income through Smart Charging, VPP, ERE or other monetized services. When we make money, you make money.
