This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Volt Time B.V., trading as Plugchoice (support@plugchoice.com) uses on plugchoice.com and in the Plugchoice portal and apps.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) fall under the same rules; we call them all cookies here.

2. The categories we use

Functional (always on, no consent needed)

  • Login sessions and security for the portal and app.
  • Remembering your language and cookie choices.
  • Intercom support chat session (loads when you open the chat).

Analytics (only with your consent)

  • Google Tag Manager loading analytics measurement to understand how the website is used.

Marketing and visitor identification (only with your consent)

  • Apollo.io website tracker, which attempts to recognize business visitors of our website for sales follow-up.

3. Your choices

On your first visit you can accept or refuse non-functional cookies in the banner. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Refusing never blocks the platform itself.

4. Third parties

Consented analytics and marketing cookies involve data going to the providers named above; their processing is described in our Privacy Policy (section 5) and their own policies.

5. Retention

Functional cookies live at most 12 months; analytics and marketing cookies per the table published in the cookie banner.

6. Changes

We update this policy when our cookie use changes; the version date above tells you when.
