Wallbox Discounter widens from chargers into solar panels and home batteries

Wallbox Discounter, the Hengelo-based webshop that sells EV chargers across the Netherlands, Germany and France, has broadened its catalogue beyond charging into solar panels and home batteries, including Tesla Powerwall, Growatt, Anker and Zendure lines.

It is a small move by one retailer, but it fits a pattern worth noting on the sell side: the shops that move home AC chargers increasingly sell the rest of the home-energy stack next to them. For a charger buyer, the practical effect is that where-to-buy is no longer just a charger question; the same storefront now bundles the panel and the battery. We track Wallbox Discounter as a charger retailer in our company database, and it lists brands including Zaptec, Peblar and Easee.
