Plugchoice is a hardware-agnostic EV charger management platform built for installers, charge point operators, OEMs, and developers. It provides a web portal, mobile app, and REST API to manage OCPP 1.6J chargers of any brand from a single system. What each charger supports depends on its model, firmware and configuration.

## Core capabilities

- Charger management: locations, firmware, diagnostics, cards, transactions
- Remote configuration and commissioning
- Power management: dynamic load balancing, solar optimization, and peak shaving in capacity-tariff markets such as Belgium (paid Smart Charging module)
- Tariff management: dynamic pricing, day/night rates, scheduled charging (paid Smart Charging module)
- OCPP Proxy: run alongside your existing OCPP back office without migration
- REST API: one API for every connected charger, whatever the brand
- White labeling: the web portal under your own brand and domain through the Partner Program; a branded app in the stores as a custom project
- Analytics and OCPP logging
